1. No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of perfumes (personal care and hygiene products), we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike of scent, or personal preference once the order has been confirmed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns or refunds will only be accepted if you received a damaged product, the wrong item, or if the product arrived leaking or broken.
3. Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number, clear photos/videos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
4. Condition for Returns
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products that have been used, sprayed, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Process
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged depending on stock availability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs (if required) will be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.
7. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are non-refundable and non-returnable.
