1. Product Check at the Time of Delivery

Customers are required to check the product's condition and quantity at the time of delivery.
Any claims related to:

  • Wrong quantity
  • Visible quality issues
  • Damaged packaging
  • Incorrect product received

must be reported immediately upon delivery.

We will not accept claims once the order has been delivered and acknowledged as received.

2. Unopened Product Returns

If the product remains unopened and you believe there is a quality issue, you may return it at the time of delivery.

Returns or quality complaints raised after delivery has been completed will not be accepted.

3. No Returns for Opened Products

Once a perfume product has been opened, we cannot accept returns or refunds, even if an issue is discovered after opening.

4. Preference-Based Returns Not Accepted
