Delivery availability may vary depending on the shipping location and courier service coverage.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Malaysia: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination
Delivery schedules may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect.
